Day 1:
8:00: Meeting at Houari Boumediene Algiers Airport, Check-in procedure
23:00: Flight to Aguenar hadj bey akhamokh airport
Day 2:
02:25: Arrival at Aguenar hadj bey akhamokh, 11 km from Tamanrasset. Welcome after baggage claim and immediate direction to the host hotel, overnight stay in Tamanrasset.
Breakfast and departure to the oasis " afilal " ( Avilaal is considered a corner of paradise in the middle of the desert region of the Hoggar mountains in southern Algeria, with small terraces, ponds and waterfalls in which water flows continuously in a completely desert environment, and is characterized by a rich plant cover, and contains a variety of perennial plants and wild animals, and the region is famous as a perfect stopover during the tourist trail to the Ascram plateau).
Lunch and continuation by 4x4 to the summit of Assekrem ( Assekrem is a high plateau located in the Hoggar Mountains , in southern Algeria , starting from the larger Atakor plateau. Assekrem is part of the Ahaggar Cultural Park . The altitude is 2,780 meters. The Assekrem plateau is particularly known for having housed the spiritual retreat of Charles de Foucauld) .
Dinner and overnight stay at the Assekrem camp.
Day 3:
Breakfast and direction by 4x4 towards Tanghate (volcanic mountains and rock drawings and graphics). Arrival at Oued tihounoudj . Lunch and continuation to Tanghate, dinner and bivouac.
Day 4:
Breakfast and departure to the village of Tazrouk , lunch at Oued Azzaro and continuation to the village of Hirafouk to see the engravings. Dinner and Bivouac in Tazrouk ( Located 180 kilometers northeast of Tamanrasset , Tazrouk is a village located at an altitude of 1,850 meters in the Hoggar massif , making it the highest village in Algeria )
Day 5:
Breakfast and visit of the gardens of Tazrouk then departure for Idles , lunch on the way. Arrival in the evening at the village of Idles where we visit the blacksmiths of the city and overnight stay near the volcano of ouksem.
Day 6:
Breakfast and 4x4 direction to the village Mertoutek . Lunch and discovery of the rock drawings with a local guide. Dinner and overnight Bivouac
Day 7:
Breakfast and direction to Tamanrasset , lunch at Oued Tilak and continuation to Oued Tagmart where we discover rock drawings and engravings. Dinner and overnight stay in Bivouac
Day 8:
Breakfast and Return to the city of Tamenrasse t, Free time, walk in the city center, shopping for souvenirs from Tamanrasset. Dinner and Transfer to the airport around 00:00
Day 9:
03:20: AH flight Departure to Algiers -05:50 Arrival at Houari Boumedienne Algiers airport
Departure for Tunis at 16:50., arrival at 18:10.
Please note : - during bivouacs, we sleep in two-person tents with mattresses, sheets and blankets provided by the agency.
